Welcome to EMS Overlay Companion, a product of VAL IT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC. By installing, accessing, or using EMS Overlay Companion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
VAL IT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EMS Overlay Companion in accordance with these Terms.
EMS Overlay Companion, including its software, source code, user interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of VAL IT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No portion of the software may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed, or resold except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
EMS Overlay Companion is a real-time customer communication platform that enables authorized service providers to deliver notifications directly to compatible Android TV and Fire TV devices.
The application does not provide, host, distribute, or stream television channels, IPTV services, video content, or other media.
Only providers authorized by VAL IT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC may distribute activation credentials for EMS Overlay Companion.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Provider ID or activation credentials supplied by their service provider.
EMS Overlay Companion utilizes Google Firebase and other third-party services to deliver real-time notifications.
Use of those services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
While we strive to provide reliable notification delivery, EMS Overlay Companion is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that notifications will always be delivered without delay.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAL IT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the installation or use of EMS Overlay Companion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
